Hello, good afternoon. I have programming software from several brands. The problem is with Amplifon. The Ampli Energy brand is not compatible with Resound SmartFit, even if it’s a Nexia 5 disguised with a rebranded case. Apparently, Resound SmartFit is not compatible with Amplifon. Could you please provide me with a link to that software? Thank you very much. If you need my help, I’ll be here. P.S.: I don’t speak English; I used Google Translate.

Amplifon hearing aids require a special version of GN Resound SmartFit and sadly this is not available to anyone outside Amplifon. I am not aware of any way around this problem.

Welcome to the forum, I don’t know about this version from “Amplifon” are your GN ReSound models branded with this name, as Danavox, Interton, Beltone are the usual ones.

Yes unfortunately Amplifon have some sort of variant version of GN SmartFit or a plug in or something, which is apparently not available.
You can’t connect to Amplifon-branded Resound hearing aids without it as SmartFit simply doesn’t see the Amplifon-branded hearing aids at all.
