Happy 4th everyone!
I received a notice that a firmware update was available for my Rexton hearing aids. I follow all of the instructions using the Connexx MyUpdater app and everything looks good until the install hits 96% where it then hangs up and loses connection with the hearing aids. It has done it multiple times now. Any ideas on why this might be happening? Thanks.

Why are you doing this firmware update? What’s wrong with the way your are working now, if their not offering anything of substance don’t bother with it.

Yeah the thing is, some people end up making things worse, like Bluetooth connection etc if your still interested in having it, you could maybe .

I just had Costco perform the firmware update & let me just say 90% better!
Before everything was overdriven & overdriving everything else, especially the wife’s and daughters voices.
It calmed down the all those overdriven sounds like the dishwasher and frig in the other room and thus allowing me to focus on voices.
After 24 hours I noticed that the tv function is too low now but I will have Costco turn it up.
