Robotic voices with streaming using Widex Allure 400 hearing aids

I have had a random but quite often problem with my voice sounding robotic to people I call on my iphone 17E. I use streaming. The same thing happened with my iphone 11 Pro Max. I have only had these hearing aids less than 2 months and they started doing it just after I got them. The 17E phone is only about 4 weeks old. I have moulded ear pieces. I had Widex Moment 200 before these hearing aids and no problem. If I turn streaming off there is no issue. When it does it there is 1 or 2 little clicks in the right aid and then my voice is robotic or like I am standing inside an empty tank speaking. There are times that my own voice repeats a split second behind each other. Could it be a bluetooth problem or could it be a ear mould problem. I am grabbing at straws here. The audiolotist has never heard of it before so he is not a lot of use to me. He changed the mould over to little rubber umbrella like ear pieces but made relatively little difference. Can anyone here throw some light on this problem. It is quite annoying. It gets so bad at times that the person on the other end of the phone cant understand what Im saying. Thank you…
