I'm unable to pair my Phonak Nathos Nova M to the Roger On 3 mic despite following the instructions to the letter. I asked my audiologist who said I need DAI shoes but elsewhere it mentions Bluetooth integrated and shoes not required. I also found this mentioned on another website, "Please note that the available features & number of user programmes will depend upon how the aid has been programmed by your audiologist."
I also have my HAs connected to my mobile through the myPhonak app. The Roger On 3 is paired and recognised on the myPhonakMic app but unable to subsequently pair the HAs.
Does the audiologist need to enable something for them to work?.....help!!
