Is headset mode only via USB cable? I can get the Roger to pair to Windows, but then it will not connect. Does Roger On connect to Bluetooth devices?

Following but according to the manual it is only by way of USB cable. And my audiologist also said it was by USB cable

I have not used the headset mode but my understanding is that it only connects to a windows computer with a usb cable and then only for two way conversations. The Roger only connects wirelessly to hearing aids, not to other devices. It will connect to other devices when in the charger using an audio or toslink cable.

I’ve used USB with both my V1 and V3 Roger ons. V1 is headphones only, no 2-way. V3 will do 2-way. But I have never tried to connect a roger to a desktop device. I doubt it will do anything, but it would be interesting to see what services get allocated to the device.

Roger uses a different wireless technology. It does not use Bluetooth, a different wireless protocol. . You can only use Roger directly to your hearing aids if they have the Roger receivers in them. It doesn’t connect directly to a or use Bluetooth.
