Roger Pen and myRogermic app?

Trying to connect my Roger pen to myRogermic app to no avail. When pairing to Bluetooth I get NN5SQ Not sure what device that is but it show connects after pairing the Roger Pen. The pen connects fine to my ha but I want to make adjustments in the app. The app is showing searching for roger devices but stuck there. Does not move to the next step. Any ideas about what is going on. In device details showing connected to my ha and this NN5SQ device plus two hearing aids. Have not used the pen much but need to use it more.

The app is designed for the newer Roger On devices which have more functionality than the previous generation of Pens and Select devices. It would be super useful if there was an app for the Pen though.

Yes designed for Roger ON I get that except the app is suppose to be able to add the Roger Pen. Just seeing if other people experiencing the same thing I’m getting. Google is saying that it is possible but have not found the key yet.

Your should already have Roger, tv connector, phone and media programs by default. You can only change to those programs when an appropriate source is available. Eg a Roger device to which your HAs have associated, a tv connector to which your has have associated, etc.

Connecting in target would be for upgrades to the Roger firmware. There is a dedicated app for that I like better however.

Thank you raylock, yes I can make changes to the Roger pen settings in Target with Roger direct & streaming. I did not make any changes yet. All I find out was that if I could make the changes whereas in myRogermic app you are right as well as other comments the myRogermic app is really only for Roger On. thanks again
