For many years America Hears and Hearing Direct provided hearing aids direct to consumer AND provided access to their respective programming software. I’d buy the hearing aids, programmed to my , then fine tune the aids at home.
Both of these companies are no longer in business. Is there anyone else nowadays using this business model? These companies were also very economical.

You can most nowadays, go to Costco for your next set and you can start DIY, all you’ll need is Noahlink wireless programming device which is easily available from eBay or Amazon etc
