Self adjusting Resound Key 3 (67)

G’day

New member here. I have a Resound Key 3 which is about three years old (left ear only). Budget model though the National Hearing Service, but it does have Bluetooth and works with the Resound Smart 3d app. I stopped wearing it for a while and just put up with the deficit as the initial setup was not improving my hearing and I have stupid anxiety and just couldn’t go back to the audiologist.

Anyway, I’ve done some reading up and I’d like to sort the situation myself and not feel stupid socially.

I’m looking for some more definitive information about which software I need to get and where to get it please. I’m working with a windows 10 laptop.

Welcome to the forum @gingEAR great your giving a go, do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, plus you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well.

Thanks for the reply @tenkan. So it’s an actual device. Ahh, is misunderstood and thought it was a Windows based program.
