I finally bought a Noahlink Wireless 2 device and turned on my Target software that I downloaded several years ago. After installing and updating Version 7 to 11, I paired my Phonak Audeo L90-R hearing aids. I entered the parameters from the hearing specialist. Next I ran the AudiogramDirect and found that the settings were way off from what I have. My left ear is pretty much dead. After setting the aids to the new , it was night and day difference. All of a sudden I could actually hear from my left ear.
I think when these aids fail I will go to eBay and buy a new set for half price and program myself.
I made extra pains to save the settings from the audiologist so I wouldn’t lose them. Now I don’t want to keep them. They are way off from what works for me.
Bottom line, glad that I bit the bullet and bought the Noahlink device and found that I can program my aids better than my professional.
