Sennsheiser Sonite R/ Phonak Lumity getting white noise for maybe 5 seconds every time the aids start bluetooth streaming

If I adjust the ambient adjust under the default Bluetooth streaming program one notch to the right towards audio it seems to stop it but it doesn’t save the program. Is there a way to change the default settings?

Talk to your hearing aid fitter. I had to complain because in my case I was getting blasted with full volume noise in addition to the white noise you describe. She immediately knew what I was talking about and made the changes needed.
Also, we did this fix remote using the Easy Line app and a phone call. I didn’t have to drive in to the office.

Hi, I just got the Seingauser Sonite R. I cannot get the ambient slider in EasyLine remote to work. Fitter and Seinhauser are clueless. My Kirkland KS 9s works fine with the app.

It seems like a backward step to have streaming either full on full off without a choice to blend the sound sources. What phone and OS are you using?
