Siemens hearing aids - need the fitting software please

What’s the exact model your trying to DIY, this will allow us to confirm which version of Connexx software.

I won’t know until I see them - it’s not for me, it’s for someone I’m going to help, and he’s not sure either. For now, I’ll assume they’re something more recent, so I guess I’d need the version 9. Might cirlce back to get other versions though.

Oh okay then, yeah shouldn’t be a problem, but if they are siemens it’ll be much older version, plus have to be sure on the correct programming device, connexxAir or HiPro for the older stuff otherwise Noahlink wireless for Bluetooth models.
