I recently bought online a Siemens / Signia aid. The seller claimed it to be primax, but I am not sure anymore. So, does anyone know about serial number pattern with Siemens /Signia? Thanks

i have a siemens Nitro hearing aids, when Signia took over Siemens and became Primax. I am quite sure it is shipped in a box with info booklet with your hearing aids. Also, you can go to your Audiologist and have it upload to a computer to ID your hearing aid maker.

Just run in Audi’s connexx it will detect everything and number firmware technology level etc then it is geniune
