I have mild to moderate hearing loss and have a large problem hearing conversations in group and one on one. My audiologist has recommended Signia IX charge &Go. When I asked if she would unbundle to save money, she offered Signia 7AX for significantly less. Is it worth the savings to get an older model? Would probably be between 5IX or 7AX since insurance doesn’t cover any of the cost.

Welcome to the forum @Sjwitte I’d not bother with this clinic, just go to Costco to get the real deal, you’ll get the premium models (Rexton, exactly the same as the Signia models) for a fraction of the cost, you’ll not notice any real difference between AX and IX, IX has LE audio if that’s important, buying the 3,5 or 7 is just the noise reduction features etc, go Costco if possible and get premium 7.
