Hi everyone,
I recently bought online a pair of Active pro IX but when they arrived I realized that i bought a Demo version. DAMN IT! Now it’s impossible for me to send them back and ask for a refund. DAMN IT x2!! Now, since I know that Demo version is the same hardware than the “official” version and since i paid them really little, I can accept them the same.

the question is: I know that some DEMO version have a trial period and when the trial finishes the aids start to beep to make you know that you have to return the aids back to the audiologist. Do you know if SIGNIA hearing aids do this thing?

Possible solution: I’m waiting for a NOAHLINK wireless 2 to make some with the active pro IX, if my Haids start beeping to remember me the trial time is finished, could i reset the trial with NOAHlink and CONNEXX 9?

From what I read somewhere, the trial lasts ~400hours and it can be reset.
Let us know how it goes. I bought some Active Pro X in eBay but sold them shortly afterwards (feedback issues at 4K that required me to use the , which I didn’t want to use).

Yes as @OcramSagev mention they can be reset, 1 month (4weeks) I believe, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless not a NOAHlink which is a totally different device, but yeah bummer you didn’t know before hand, was it eBay or did you pay by PayPal, quite possible to get refund between those two.

thank you my man, I’m waiting for the noahlink wireless 2 like I wrote in the 1st post, happy to hear they can be reset, no prob for me I paid them really little, i bought them in an italian marketplace, unfortunately I can’t ask for a refund…

So my dear friend, finally the NOAHLINK wireless 2 has arrived and I paired my Active pro IX sDemo in less than 15 seconds, thanks you all for providing me CONNEXX software. I can say you that the sDEMO of SIGNIA products are the same as the standard, the only different thing is that they have a timer (400 hours of use) that can be easily resetted with connexx software and Noahlink so my purchase was not, fortunately, a waste of money…I’m having really a good experience with these Haid and I’m very happy to have been joined this forum because you all are awesome, thank you for your support, hear you
