Signia connex software access issue

Hi everybody,
I’m dr. Nael a new to Diy Programing

I have an issue with access to the connex signia software through load an old patient profile. The application shut down suddenly, and this massage appears . Just i can access through adding a new client . I tried with different software updates, but the issue is still.

I have done all the necessary updates for Windows and updated my antivirus license but the issue still persists.
