my laptop is beyond repair, and silly me forgot to back up the Signia Connexx software externally. I’d really appreciate it if you could send it to me again.

Hi there @Mirabeau yeah that's unfortunate, I always keep a backup on a flash drive or similar, but anyways as you have everything else already I'm sure you'll be up and running in no time.
