Signia hearing aids MBQ

Hello,
I have the Signia Ax but I don’t know exactly what model they are.
In the app it says MBQ9002 and MBQ9003.
Does anyone know how to find out the model?

I just confirmed that it is the 1AX model.

My disappointment is that my previous hearing aids were Starkey Evolv ai 1600, I think they were better.

Starkey with 16 channels and signia with 8 channels? it’s right?

I wouldn’t read to much in to how many “channels” a has, it’s a lot of marketing fluff, I’d concentrate on trying to get a more premium model, the 1X and 2X don’t have the extra features of say as a 5 or 7, of course it all depends on your living environment.

The problem is that the seller has supplied me with hearing aids that are inferior to the previous ones. I feel cheated.
