Signia Pure Charge & Go 7X - Connex 9.2.11 - Noahlink Wireless

Hello,

I am new to this forum and I am doing my first experience trying to pair my Signia Pure Charge & Go 7X with an interface Noahlink Wireless.

Installation of Connex 9.2.11 was straightforward and my hearing aids are listed as compatible with the Noahlink interface. The batteries of my aids are half charged, I switched them on and off several time but detection of the devices is failing systematically.

Of course, I have selected the Noahlink wireless interface in the setup menu.

Am I missing something?

  1. Open Connexx
  2. Select programming device from the toolbar
  3. Select Detect Hearing Instruments
  4. Select New Fitting and OK

Thank you for your support! In fact, I just found the reason… The Signia were connected to my iPhone. I disconnected the iPhone and they were immediately recognized by Connexx!

Nice tip - I am combing through any references to connexx and 7x and I am putting together a file of what to do

Turn iPhone off
Open Connexx
Select programming (Noahlink) device from the toolbar -
Select Detect Hearing Instruments
Select New Fitting and OK
If not a new fitting then??? Perhaps download existing 7x fitting data from HAs?
