I have Signia Pure Charge & Go hearing aids, and I pair them with my iPhone, so that I can hear incoming phone calls in my hearing aids when I am in a group setting. This worked perfectly until I got a new iPhone.
Now only the right hearing aid will pair with the phone, but the app will not function without the left hearing aid being paired also. I have reset both the Bluetooth and the Signia app, following all the steps as instructed (many times), but they WILL NOT connect without the left one too.
The app won’t connect/pair with only the right hearing aid, so the app will not function AT ALL without the left aid. It says the left aid is missing (but the aids work fine alone for wearing every day (both left and right), but they WILL not pair with the Signia app.
ANY ADVICE?
