Hi there, I am currently trialling some Signia Stylettos and getting on pretty well with them (first few days). I chose to also get the Signia remote control so I could adjust volume (no rocker on Stylettos) and the programmes without having to use my phone and the app. It’s important to me to not always be reliant on my phone.

The problem is that the remote control seems to fall out pairing. It seems to me that if I pair with my phone, the remote falls out of pairing. If I pair with the remote, the phone app needs resetting. Is this to be expected or a fault?

I can understand some may use solely the remote and not even have a smartphone, in which case, no problem. But I hoped to be able to switch between them depending on context. Does anybody have any experience here? Thanks

Ok. I’ve found a response to this on the Signia page, I’ll share as may be helpful for others. I had to really hunt for this info and my audiologist didn’t know this was the case… It’s a shame it isn’t just stated clearly, I think it’s a key detail.
