Slightly confused about Oticon Genie phone settings

Hi, i’m fairly new to programming hearing aids, and i have a question regarding the phone settings for my OPN hearing aids -

The “Phone loudness” and " M relative to phone" is pretty self explanatory, and i have tested them and can notice the difference.

However for “Sound quality” i can’t seem to notice any difference, i tried a few test phone calls to a voicemail that repeated the same phrase, i couldn’t tell any difference between “Fuller” and “Brighter”, is the change only subtle? what should i be expecting?

I’m not sure i even need to change that setting, it’s just that every now and then i get a person on the phone who is a little difficult to understand and that perhaps the software settings were worth taking a look at.

Hoover over each cube and it’ll tell you what it’ll do. For example -3dB Low +3dB High.

Sound Quality is used for streaming Music, primarily.
Since are very bass deficient, most times you’d set the slider towards the Fuller side to boost the low frequencies.
Below those settings is the Power Bass drop down, which should also be adjusted to your liking for Music.
