Solus and Beltone/Resound music program adjustments

Anyone here know their way around the Beltone serene Software (Solus) - or the Resound Nexia equivalent and in particular the music program? Trying to find out why when working on (composing/producing) music - they slowly get quieter in certain passages - like someone turns down the volume. Thanks
