Special Signia Connexx ViO Collection

Hi everyone,

I recently got fitted with VIO-branded hearing aids (ViO E356 Li), which are rebranded Signia Pure Charge&Go 5 IX devices. They work perfectly with the Signia app on my iPhone and with the charging case, but my Connexx 9 software doesn’t recognize them.

At my audiologist’s office I noticed he’s running a special version of Connexx with a “ViO Kollektion” branding in the top right corner. I assume I need this specific version to connect and fine-tune my devices via Noahlink Wireless.

Does anyone have access to the ViO Connexx installer or know where to get it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Unlikely, but why buy these oddball rebranded models? So many of them out there now,what’s the attraction, it’s a pity you don’t have Costco in Germany,!

Fair point! The main attraction was price — the ViO models are significantly cheaper through certain audiologists in Germany, while being functionally identical to the Signia 5 IX. No Costco here unfortunately, so this is the closest equivalent we have. :grinning_face_with_smiling_eyes:

Still hoping someone has the ViO Connexx installer though!
