SpecSavers Audiology NZ you should be ashamed. It is extremely difficult too ascertain if the models are old tech or new tech.
The pricing and model per tier is confusing and unclear.
The Advance (inhouse) range is misleading, and in my opinion is false marketing, especially around Bluetooth availability.

Welcome to the forum @MeinCHCH absolutely Specsavers are sub par all over the world, they should of stayed with glasses, they obviously can’t read the market for customer service, plus they lock the so you can’t go elsewhere for service, aussie isn’t any better unfortunately.

600 km and an ocean channel between Christchurch (CHCH) and Costco Auckland so quite a distance barrier. If the OP has mild to moderate hearing loss they can go to the nearest hearing association (a charitable organisation) and check out the VIBE hearing aids.
