Speech to text in a moving vehicle

It takes more than a glance to take in a screen of text, especially if you’re using the speech-to-text to follow a conversation, which presumably means screen after screen of text.
Believe me, I’m sorry so many of us, including you, are unable to participate in conversations, but the driver has primary responsibility for the safety of self and others. Pretty much everything else fades into insignificance, IMO

Live Caption on your iPhone or similar built in live caption on Android works extremely well as you drive. Positioned in line of sight you can speed read. No different than looking at route numbers and various info on gps or radio. I no longer need to turn my head toward my passenger. It’s super nice.
For those of you who frown upon it for various reasons and or it’s illegal in your country. I’m sorry ….hearing is more important to me than others opinions or laws that infringe upon freedoms of profound hearing people. Bye
