I have just got an Android mobile phone that supports my hearing aids and I can receive notifications and play media but how do I get the ringtone for an incoming call in my hearing aids?

I neglected to add I can accept calls using my hearing aid button and have two-way sound through the hearing aids when I do… it’s jsut I don’t get a ringtone in them. I’m sur it must be a configuration setting somewhere, but I can’t find it.
