I dunno.
Maybe start over using the settings from your hearing aids as a starting point? If you did that, would you lose your Original Audi Settings?

Yes. I did my first set of tweaks, and they are not better than what I had from the audi, so I was going to go back to their settings and try again.
I uninstalled patientbase and inspire, and reinstalled, and it is not asking me to start over with setting it up, it still wants my username and password, so frustrating.
If I could even just get back to starting from scratch setting up a new patientbase account and starting with the current settings in my aids I’d be happy at this point.
I can click “forgot password” and it gives me a user key and tells me to “call customer service - tech support to obtain a validation key”. I wonder if that is an option for a standalone user like myself.

For others in this same situation:
The next thing I tried kind-of worked. I went to control-panel, programs and features, and I uninstalled patientbase, inspire, and also the other “SQL” programs that were loaded the same day.
After a reboot, I reinstalled inspire and then patientbase.
When I tried to start inspire using the Inspire with Patientbase icon, it would not start up saying some services had not loaded.
So I went into task manager (ctrl-leftshift-esc), selected the services tab, then opened services at the bottom. In services I started all the SQL, inspire and patientbase services manually. Google it if you don’t know how.
Then when I ran inspire with patientbase again, it came up with the same login screen as before but my username was pre-filled-in so all I had to do was guess the password, which I did on the second try.
All my previous settings and sessions were there.
Moral of the story:
