I am also looking for programming software and setup instruction for Starkey IQ I2400 R. Is @tenkan the most knowledgeable?

Hi there, I’m about 6 months in on my hearing aid journey. I have the Starkey Omega 24’s (the tinnitus support is so helpful!).
The provider is pretty far away, so I would like to make minor tweaks without having to see her everytime. Specifically, I need to fix my hearing aids software updates since one got updated and the other did not and now the update fails every time I try using the My Starkey app. Also, I have extra programs that I don’t use and don’t want to have to cycle through those when using the buttons directly on the HA. That’s it, I’ll leave the actual sound settings to the professionals.
I got the Noahlink Wireless 2, downloaded the PatientBase (v28.0.10006.0), and now trying to track down the ProFit software. Please let me know where to find this and if there’s anything else I need.
Thanks!

Hi there, so are the still working as they should? I always recommend to not do updates unless it’s absolutely necessary, but anyways as you have everything else ready I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time.

Despite being on different firmware versions, they seemed to be working fine, but the update screen basically said that I needed to see the provider to get the firmware in sync because it had failed via the phone app.
When I first got these Omegas, the provider said they would be pushing new features through firmware updates (like broader support for ) so I’ve been excited to see what’s coming (not to mention I’m generally a sucker for every update on my other devices). Based on changes to the phone app, it does look like the Auracast support is here and now it has Fast Pairing capability, based on that screen popping up occasionally on my phone when I first remove the from their case (i.e., still in pairing mode).
But yes, with your help (thank you!), the first thing the software did is prompt me to update the one HA, so now they’re happy once again!
I low-key wish Starkey gave end users access to some of the desktop software tools and made it possible to connect via USB while they’re in the case. (i.e., the NoahLink is overkill for my needs.)
