Starkey Z RIC Microphone Screen Crud

I have Starkey and the microphone screens are completely clogged. I tried using a small robot actuator vacuum at work, but it doesn’t have enough suck to clear more than a few of the dozens of tiny holes. I tried to find a tutorial on how to remove the screens without success. Attached is an image that resembles my HAs.

Any advice?

That did the trick. The back side of the microphone screen was REALLY gross. I can’t believe I could hear at all.
