Starting Starkey Pro Fit

I have a Noahlink wireless I have used many times with Target for Phonak. I now have Starkey Genesis. When I try to start Profit Starkey I get a message that I do not have Noalink. All I wish to do is for these new . Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Tenkan, I have the following apps installed: Pro Fit - Starkey, PatientBase, PatientBase Setup, StarkeyOtherBrands.Bat. I also loaded th PatientBase you sent to me. I am now having trouble with signing on. No matter what I try, no luck. It always gives me a number and then ask me to enter one. I’m just lost. Thanks for any help.

Well I have no idea what’s going on there, I’ve installed the same files on my PC without issue, it’s asking for a log in?

But uninstall everything and install inspire first, and then update to ProFit, check that your Noahlink is recognised in inspire first and then update to ProFit, of course make sure you have patient base installed.
So get inspire working first before downloading ProFit, and also be sure your installing in “standalone mode”

Hello I am having the same issue, I do not have Inspire, I started with Starkey Genisis , I can also use the Inspire program.
