First day with hearing aids and I something isn’t working right. Streaming/calls from my iPhone is only coming through the right ear and when I tried to make a phone call, the volume was super low no matter how high I turned it. Also, if I rub my fingers over the left ear mic, I don’t hear any feedback of any kind like I do with the right. Granted, my prescription is very low in my left ear but even when I turn up the volume to max on the left, I don’t feel like there is ANYthing coming out of it.

Should I just assume these are faulty and go back into the audiologist?

I believe they can be set like this, one side with microphone on and other side with the microphone attenuated or muted, but I don’t know how your iPhone is set up, have you checked all the settings there?
Are you using the App?
I don’t think they’ll be faulty, some kind of setting.
