Hello everyone, I have suffered from hearing loss since birth and have had to wear hearing aids all my life. I have recently been given the new model of oticon optim and I have been really struggling with them. I feels like conversation is too quiet and but background noise is too loud. I find sounds like clicking as well sounds completely different like my hearing aids don’t even recognise the noise. It all feels really unbalanced which my old hearing aids weren’t before. Does anyone have any advice?
