Rural New EnglandIf they are willing. One friend isn’t even really ok with me placing it on the table. I’ve explained what it is for, but I can tell he gets nervous when I do it. With the spheres, it is less of an issue. But with the p90s, it was critical in restaurants.

I have noticed people get nervous with you use the Roger On In at a check out counter - I suspect they wonder if something creepy is going on, so I always explain its a portable mic for my hearing - I find it better to just prop the Roger pen up at the counter
