Is there a way of backing up and restoring client data stored within Target?
I would not want to loose my data should I need to reinstall Target following a PC or Windows change.

We usually open and save the settings to client one (or whatever you call it) and then open and save to client 2 where we start making changes. You can always go back to load from client one to get the first settings. When asked, check use session settings rather than settings in the hearing aids.

And export to a flash drive instead of the cloud, this way no internet connection required, put that in a safe place si if you ever need at a later date.

Hi there, great your giving a go, be sure to do some research and read the user guides before starting, you’ll need the Noahlink wireless programming device as well for your DIY projects.

In new actual Target version you can use the bundled “TargetBackupTool.exe” backup tool which comes with Phonak Target.
To access this backup tool, open path:
Windows (C:) → Programms(x86) → Phonak → Phonak Target
Inside the folder Phonak Target you find executable: TargetBackupTool.exe
double click: TargetBackupTool
With this tool you can safe and restore backups for the complete client database of Target.
