Are there any transcriptions apps that I don’t need to invite into meetings as an extra person?

I just would like to have a transcription I can refer back to, for work privacy reasons I can’t have this being sent over the web or any AI agents which could do anything with them.

I’m not sure if this would work with your environment, but I do believe you could use a local transcription app. I’m not sure if there are any that can do it with playback audio, if not, you can use a virtual audio cable and make an input play your desktop audio and use that in one of the apps.
