Unitron Relate 2.0 BTE filter

Does anyone have a product ID/Model number for the filters that go into the receivers for Unitron Relate 2.0? My booklet also says “LI ” if that helps. The provider that I worked with has gone out of business and while I am finding some on Amazon, I’m not positive they’re the correct size. I accidentally tossed out the box that the filters came in, only have the disc. There are some numbers on the back but it’s difficult to tell if those are a product ID or what.

Sounds like cerushields. I don’t think there are more than one size/kind of those. Should be very easy to find online. If it looks the same as what you’ve been using it will be a good bet.

There is some possibility you could switch to the newer receivers that take cerustop wax traps. They are easier to deal with, but if you haven’t had trouble with the cerushields, no reason to switch.

Thank you so much. I saw them on Amazon and they did look the same but didn’t say they were compatible with Unitron Relate, only the Phonak so that helps a ton!!
