I am still looking for the Unitron TrueFit software for my Unitron Moxi B7-312 and Unitron Moxi B5 hearing aids.

I have not been able to obtain it yet.

If possible, would you be willing to send me a copy of the software or point me to a place where I can download a compatible version?

I would like to learn how the software works and better understand my hearing aids.

I’m in a bit of a tough spot—my USB drive recently failed and I’ve lost my copy of Unitron TrueFit.

Does anyone happen to have a copy of the installer or a download link they could share? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Please feel free to send me a private message.

Well I can definitely connect to them but I cannot unlock them unless I have a verified account. At least that's the way it seems and what my searches have turned up. I guess you can go to an audiologist and have them unlocked and programmed for a fee but that's not really . It does appear that if you could get them unlocked you would have the ability to fit them just like other hearing aids...

what search did you find about them being "locked" I believe other members have done with these, have you got a screenshot of the issue your having.

I don't seem to be able to upload the screen shot. My accounts too new. It's nothing crazy though it just says unlock devices and an l wants login credentials.
