Update Connect Clip or TV Adapter

Hello,
For some reason i’m not able to connect or see the Connect Clip or TV Adapter in Oticon Genie 2, is there any specific procedure that must be followed?
I’m connecting the Connect Clip through the USB, but it’s not really doing any difference.

I just connected my ConnectClip:

However, it was a bit finicky. I turned the ConnectClip on. Inserted a very long USB cable connected to the back of my PC to it and saw a USB connection icon flickering on and off. I Then pushed the USB cable a bit and voilá, it worked as shown. After this the clip keeps connecting without a fuss.

So it seems reasonable to

  • check your USB-cable,
  • change the used USB port on the PC,
  • push the USB connector around a bit,
  • remove fluff from the USB port in the ConnectClip with a toothpick or pressurized air
    and try again.

That being said, I haven’t seen an update for my ConnectClip since I bought it, which is roughly 16 months ago.
