Updated Widex Moment ap, now HAs won't connect

I was doing clean-up on my Pixel phone and noticed that some aps needed updating, including the Widex Moment ap. So I updated. The next morning when I put my in, they wouldn't connect the the Moment ap, I get an error message ("try again later.") I've tried a lot of things, including uninstalling and reinstalling the ap, but so far nothing works. I wonder if others have had this problem or if it's just me.

Yeah so there shouldn't be any real issue, I never update anything unless it's absolutely necessary myself,so unpaid your from your phone and then try again,or you can simply download and install the older app APK version.

Reporting here to give status of Moment App running on Apple.

The app updated itself to V1.10.0.1447 on my iPhone SE (2nd geration) running iOS 26.6.2 today but I have not had any problems with accessing screens and functions work OK. Connection with the hearing aids for control and streaming working OK.

After the app update installed at the end I did get the "try again" message. I did 2 things. Deleted the active app session from the memory in my phone. Then turned off Mobile data connection so my phone was only connecting to the Internet via Wifi, started up the app and this time at the end of loading preferences the session finished without the message. Since then everything has been fine.

Please note that this may be something peculiar to my phone, apps at times get stuck if I have dual internet connection via WiFi and Mobile data.

you’re definitely not alone with connection issues after an app update. hopefully someone with a pixel and widex moment can share a fix that worked for them.

As mentioned as it's pixel (Android) then the easiest way is to simply install the previous App that was working perfectly before updating, so simple to do ...

I had done update in Iphone (Apple) and there is no issue of connecting and working fine. It has just asked country and location permission.

We just got an email from Widex about an "unable to proceed" error following an update to the Moment app. Reportedly, they resolved the issue yesterday afternoon? They recommend selecting "Retry" to continue using the app, but I would suggest uninstalling and reinstalling today.

As of today, I'm still getting the "Try Again" message when opening the app. (Iphone xr with the latest update)

I have uninstalled the Moment app a couple of times... same error.

I'll try to contact Widex this afternoon.

See other recent topics with Widex in the title. It appears Widex systems have been attacked by hackers so are offline.

I restarted my phone and hearing aids and still had the Try Again message. I turned off Wi-Fi and cellular on my iPhone 13 and launched the app. It displayed a message that there was no cellular service available, but it brought the app up and it appears to be working.

This "fix" is still working, but I need to disable both Wi-Fi and Mobile data every time after charging the . Once the Widex app is up, I enable both and can use it as usual. I have the Widex Moment hearing aids.
