I live in the US and ordered a new pair of hearing aids 2 years ago that were shipped via UPS and they made it to the final center but never made it out for delivery. The seller was out that time and sent me a new pair. This time I sent one of those hearing aids to Indiana for repair and it was repaired and shipped back, and disappeared at the distribution center in Indiana after being tagged as received. I think I’ve shipped hearing aids 5 times either to or from me and they’ve gone missing twice. A 40 percent loss rate does not seem accidental. I’ve never had anything else go missing. Any one else have this issue?
