Yesterday I received the new 2.0 firmware update for my Phonak M90R aids. I also downloaded and installed the new phonak MyPhonac app from the Google play store. So far, however, I have been unable to find a detailed user guide explaining in reasonable detail the various new adjustments available in the new MyPhonac app. Perchance would any of you diligent web searchers know of a link or other source for such info?

Not sure if this one covers the updated firmware. However, I see it is dated August 2019, so it is quite new.

Be aware that there’s a lot of difference in the functionality between the “My Phonak” app and the “Phonak Remote” app.
My Phonak doesn’t have all the new options that Phonak Remote does with respect to the update to 2.0

My impression is that you have to have the latest firmware installed to get all the features of marvel 2.0 functional. My audiologist has invited me in next week to get the new app set up.

That link gives me a 404 error. I’m having a lot of trouble since I installed the MyPhonak app - i.e. although my hearing aids are paired with the phone, the app can’t see them - and neither can my old Phonak Remote app! Can anybody help?

I haven’t seen the app yet, but I’d be surprised if there wasn’t a user guide in the app itself if you click around the menus a bit.
