I am using the above aides. They are paired with the Unitron Hearing Remote iPhone app. The aides themselves work very well. The app however is unreliable. In working with Sonova support, they tell me that I should be using their Remote Plus app. This app seems to be getting bug fixes and better overall support than the one I’m using. My problem is that my aides will not pair with the Remote Plus app. Anyone had this experience and if so, what’s the fix if any?
