I am totally deaf in my right ear so I only need one hearing aid. I was told by my audiologist that I can adjust the volume by using the rocker switch. However, this only changes the programme! Do I have to use my phone app to adjust up or down volume?
My hearing aid is Oticon more 1.

Your audiologist can make changes in the Gene2 software so that you can adjust the volume frim the aids. You can actually from the aid button adjust volume, change program, and power on and off the aids and also put the aid in airport mode.

Volume change is a quick press while program change is a slightly longer press. Trying adjusting your press time. If you use the app too it can be useful to watch the app while pressing the button to get a feel for the time needed for each press as the app will adjust giving a visual confirmation of the change being made. If that still does not work than you likely need a setting change within Genie2.
