Was this a scam or just me not understanding

Met with someone at Costco this morning and ordered the Rexton Reach.

Should be about a week before my fitting.

Nope. Although it was right after 30 days I called my insurance company just to find out some missing information They told me to get the item number for the aids and then MAYBE they could offer me a reimbursement. I was totally surprised to get basically a NO from Hearing Life on what I thought was a simple question. I NEVER asked for any money from Hearing Life.

You can’t just submit a copy of your invoice? It should have the name of the hearing aid right on it.
