Where can I find the link to download new Oticon Genie 2 software?

Hello. I have the Oticon Zeal 1. My audiologist can't seem to get it perfectly tuned to my hearing loss. I’d really like to do it myself. I’ve already visited several specialists. Could someone please provide me with the software? 🙏🙏

Exactly Why do you need it? It's only really needed for the clinic's in a office environment not for , as this is a paid subscription/software unlike the manufacturers which is free, you'll need to find another source/place or just pay the fees if you really want it.

Good on you,but in this case you'll need to pay for it,are all the brand's from the big 5 available in your country at the moment,or do you intend to import your own or something similar.

Meniere's took my left ear nearly 20 years ago. Right side is severe. Also an amateur musician. I'm an audiologist's worst nightmare. I just need some help in helping them. Oticon Real miniRITE and . I want to see if I can get the download link to Genie 2 before I invest in the Noahlink 2. BTW, Google knows this program inside-out, and has been a great aid in my interface with audiologists and specialists. Thanks so much.

Hi there @ dv great your giving a go,be sure to read the user guides before starting,if your keen just go-ahead and get the Noahlink as no one else could possibly know how you like to hear,as for knowing anything inside out I very much doubt it, Genie2 has a demo simulation mode as well, you'll learn a lot just by using it😉
