Welcome to the forum, great your giving a go, it’s all pretty easy enough, but do read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, and great you have the Noahlink wireless programming device as you’ll be up and running in no time.

I also need a link. I replaced my computer, thought I had it on a portable drive but I was (as so often) mistaken.

Hi everyone! New member here and I am currently trying a pair of Phonak Infinio Sphere I90, but one problem I’ve been having for a few years already is that there’s always something (slightly) wrong with the way the hearing aids are programmed. That’s why I decided to purchase the Noahlink Wireless 2 and get busy getting these to give their very best before I actually make the decision to buy them. Where can I find the software and documentation? Thanks to anyone willing to help!

Hello Everyone, New to the forum. Currently have old Costco KS9.0 that are getting long in the tooth and are out of spec with my degraded . (Getting older is not for the faint of heart!)
Demo’d the “new” Sonnite, but their speech performance in noise was marginally better than the old KD9.0. Prefer to tweak my old out of warranty KS9.0s. Just bought a NoahLink Wireless 2, but still need the Phonak Target s/w. Can anyone provide a link to get me started?
Also reviewed the manual, and it looks a little daunting…even though I’m a old techie. Any link to the forum’s getting started would also be helpful.
Looking forward to see what I can get out of these old hearing aids!!!

Hi there, great your giving a go, be sure to do some research and read the user guides before starting,as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, it’s actually all pretty easy really, you can setup a demo simulation mode in target and play around to see how things work before jumping in, just be sure that you don’t have any other bluetooth devices connected to you , so turn of your Bluetooth on your phone etc, as you already have the Noahlink wireless I’m sure you’ll be up and running in no time.

Thanks, this is helpful! Did see that there was a demo mode…but didn’t realize I should spend some time there before trying to get creative. ![]()

2025 Now so unsure if I can get a link to the Phonak software or not but would be highly appreciated. Trying to adjust mine and I am getting a Unitron set in a few weeks that I would love to have the software as well. I’m in a wheelchair and during each places test I am not in the sound proof box and they never get it right. Would love to adjust a family members as well. Living in very rural areas has it’s disadvantages in some areas.

Did you ever find the software? I have KS10’s and demoing Sonite R’s now. Want to tweak. Wanted to get the software for a Macbook before buying the Noalink.

Hi there @EdP great your giving a go, be sure to read the user guides as it’s very helpful for setting up the first time, you’ll need to use bootcamp or some other virtual machine to install windows on your Apple, be aware that the Noahlink wireless doesn’t work out with ARM based chips, although some have found a work around, just seems easier to get a cheap windows laptop tho.
