I’m just buying some new domes on eBay. Supposedly they’re genuine Phonak so hopefully will be OK. I have been using vented domes but there’s a choice of unvented, vented or power domes. what do the different types do, especially power? I’m guessing power are closed and might they be better for streaming music? (stop the bass leaking out).
