My widex smartrics are revolting. Periodically, one or the other reports “battery low” when it isn’t and then starts speaking in tongues (or something.) So far, the left one has repeated the word “four” five times in a rapid succession. And the right one, repeats the word “Lemma lemma lemma…” Am I (are we) in danger?

Sounds like my cordless phone. If I unplug the charging base for one of the handsets and forget to plug it back in, eventually it starts repeating some unknown word three times every so often. First time it happened it took me days to figure out what it was.

It seems that the wireless connection between the two hearing aids has been disconnected, triggering a device loss alert on the hearing aids. You can ask your audiologist to turn off the function “Warning about loss partner” in Widex Compass GPS.
