I have a Widex Moment hearing aid and the associated app. It’s nice, but when I make changes like changing volume or switching to a custom program, it resets when I turn the aid off or the phone disconnects. This is very impractical, I don’t want to have to take out my phone constantly to use the setup I like. Is there any method to set default volume or program persisting through restarts?
Also, I’ve been recently considering buying a hearing aid from another company - it feels like I hear less lately but my audiological scores are stable, maybe it’s psychological - are there any that are as good or better than Widex? I have severe hearing loss (other ear: near deaf with ) and live in Europe.
