I am using Widex Smart RIC440 since 1 year and not comfortable with hearing performance. Difficult to hear speech in open big room or in background noise. Even in the lift or having switched on gives me trouble to hear complete sentence. Seems that my audiologist is not aware of different trial (/ different domes etc.) to be done for better performance. Please advise what are the different methods /setting can be insisted to audiologist for improvement? Should I change to Phonak EON for better result? Before considering , I want to check with full potential.
